Background
Sonia’s background is as an Executive Producer in TV and radio where she has directed established presenters, famous faces and people brand new to the mic and camera. By understanding how important it is for people in the spotlight to feel confident, clearly briefed, and relaxed, she gained the reputation as an empathic people person. She has created prime time TV series including Victoria Wood’s “Victoria’s Empire” for BBC1, “The Hairy Bikers Great Mississippi Adventure” and is proud to have been part of the team to bring Ricky Gervais, Karl Pilkington and Stephen Merchant to “An Idiot Abroad” to SKY ONE. She has trained 3000+ people over the past fifteen years and is a qualified NLP coach (neuro linguistic programming), has trained in CBT and Executive Coaching. She can often be seen driving a heritage London Routemaster bus around London and is in demand on the speaking circuit to talk about mental health and creative thinking.
