Initial consultation

Your initial consultation is when we talk about the issues and struggles you are going through. We will share information and it’s during this session that I explain what’s entailed in the plan that feels best for you. For hypnotherapy I will explain how the brain works and how we can encourage it to help break old patterns and create positive new ones. And it’s where you can ask questions. You will also get your first hypnotherapy relaxation session

This is a 90-minute session.

Face-to-face at 10 Harley Street. £180. Online rates also available.
